California Model Continuation High School

Liberty High School was one of only 35 schools to be recognized 2017 by the California Department of Education as a Model Continuation High School. We are a small campus (less than 80 students) with small class sizes (15-20), where each student is known by name by all staff members.

Liberty is a small school with less than 75 students.  If you don’t enjoy big crowds, Liberty might be the place for you. Class sizes are small.
You can earn credits much faster.  Students can earn over 84 credits in a school year at Liberty.
You can graduate early from Liberty.  Some students graduate a semester or even an entire year early.
The Liberty High School Diploma has the same accreditation as a Benicia High School diploma.
Liberty has a nice graduation ceremony at the Benicia Yacht Club with a formal dinner.
The school is safe!  There are very few discipline issues at Liberty.
Liberty High School students are older.  Most LHS students are 16 years or older.
You can still participate in the BHS Homecoming and Prom
